Tennis and Pickleball - IMPORTANT UPDATE - New keys!

Dear community members and tennis and pickleball court users,

All District tennis courts and the pickleball court are scheduled to be rekeyed. A new key will be required to access all courts after the rekeying.

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR KEY BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 - Purchase a new key via CivicRec. Bring your CivicRec purchase receipt to Orchard Pool (during pool hours) to pick up the new key. The CivicRec receipt can be printed or digital (on your phone), and is available via your CivicRec account. KEYS MUST BE PURCHASED VIA CIVICREC.

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR KEY ON OR AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 - Bring your CivicRec receipt to Orchard Pool (during pool hours) and pick up a new key at no charge. The CivicRec receipt can be printed or digital (on your phone), and is available via your CivicRec account. Log into your CivicRec account - on the Account Dashboard click on transactions to view your receipts.

New keys will be available at Orchard Pool starting Monday, July 15th during regular pool hours.

All tennis courts and the pickleball court are scheduled to be rekeyed on August 1, 2024. This date is subject to change.
PICK UP YOUR NEW TENNIS/PICKLEBALL KEY BEFORE AUGUST 1st TO ENSURE CONTINUED ACCESS TO THE COURTS.

Orchard Pool is located at 11350 E Orchard Road, Englewood, CO 80111. Pool Hours are posted on the District website.
