Park Reservations
Cherry Creek Vista Park and Recreation District owns and maintains six parks and six playgrounds.
Reserve a gazebo
If you would like to use a park gazebo for a private event, please click HERE!
- Create or login to your CivicRec account, click on the green Facility Rentals tab.
- Select the Park you wish to reserve.
- Click on List View to select the specific facility you wish to reserve (full field, gazebo etc).
- Select the date and time, and click 'Add to Cart'.
- Follow the prompts to complete your reservation.

Please note:
- Gazebos cannot be reserved on holidays and holiday weekends.
- District residents must reserve the Gazebo for private use, however the rental is free.
- If a gazebo is not reserved, it's use is based on a first come-first serve policy.
- Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all elements of the event comply with current city, county and state guidelines and public health orders.
- Park hours are sunrise to sunset.

2024 Field Use Fees - Updated!
The rates enumerated below were adopted by the Board at its November 2023 meeting and will become effective Spring 2024. Rates listed are per hour. Rates are charged in one-hour increments.
No reservations are allowed for Holiday weekends to allow for general resident access and use.

Please note:
- All use by organized sports leagues or commercial groups must be reserved and paid for in advance, with an insurance certificate provided.
- Casual residential use is first come-first serve, subject to prior reservations by other groups.
- Parks are OPEN from SUNRISE to SUNSET.
- Hours for field rentals vary, but typical hours for sports field ORGANIZED use is after 4pm during weekdays and between 8am-2pm on Saturdays during each league season. NO RENTALS ON SUNDAY.
- Soccer rentals typically occur in the Spring (March to May) and Fall (August to October) depending on weather.
- Baseball rentals typically occur mid-May to mid-July.
- Parks are available for rentals for other activities from sunrise to sunset during the week, and between 8am - 2pm on Saturdays. NO RENTALS ON SUNDAY.
